Who we are

What the site is for

The site presents the solar PV systems, equipment and services we offer: design, supply, installation, maintenance and repair.

Nothing is sold or paid for online. Every form sends an enquiry that we answer in person.

Enquiries and quotes

An enquiry is not an order and does not commit you to anything. We call you on the same or next working day.

Our quote states a total price, the scope of work and how long it is valid. It becomes binding only once both sides confirm it in writing.

Calculator and prices

The site shows no prices for individual products.

Calculator results are indicative. They use average values for yield, electricity price and price per kWp, and are not a quote. We set the exact price after a site visit.

Prices of completed projects are the final totals for that site at the time of the work and are for guidance only.

Equipment requests, delivery and payment

You can put together a list of equipment and send it as a request with a delivery address. We call to confirm availability, price and delivery time.

Payment is cash on delivery, or as agreed in the quote. There is no online payment.

If you are a consumer, you keep all your rights under the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, including the right of withdrawal where it applies.

Client portal

We create portal accounts after an installation or service visit. There is no self sign-up.

You are responsible for your password. We recommend changing it on first login. If you suspect unauthorised access, tell us straight away.

Portal data (equipment, serial numbers, warranties, documents) is for information. Where there is a difference, the documents issued by the manufacturer and by us prevail.

Referral programme

Every customer with an account has a personal referral code. When someone you refer quotes the code and becomes our customer, you receive the reward shown in your account, for example a free service and panel clean.

A referral counts as successful once we mark it so after completing work for the referred person. The reward is personal, cannot be exchanged for cash and can be used once.

Warranties

Equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty, stated for each product. The installation warranty is stated in the quote.

In a warranty case we handle the claim with the manufacturer. Warranties do not cover damage from external events, third-party interference or failure to follow the operating instructions.

Content and photos

The text, photos and graphics on this site are ours or used with permission. Product photos and specifications belong to their manufacturers and distributors.

Please don't use the content commercially without written permission.

Liability

We keep the information on the site accurate and current, but manufacturers may change technical data. We are not liable for decisions based only on the calculator or general information, without a site visit and a quote.

Changes and governing law

We may change these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the last change.

Bulgarian law applies. We try to resolve any dispute by talking first. As a consumer you can also contact the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection or the competent Bulgarian court.
