Cookie policy
Last updated: 7 October 2026
We use the cookies the site can't work without and, only if you accept in the banner, Meta cookies that measure our ads. You can change your choice at any time from "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
Text in square brackets will be filled in with the company's details.
What a cookie is
A small text file the site stores in your browser to remember something between pages, for example that you are logged in.
Strictly necessary cookies
The site can't work without these, so we don't ask for consent to them.
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| as_session | Keeps you logged in to the client portal or the admin area. Set only when you log in. | 14 days |
| NEXT_LOCALE | Remembers your language (Bulgarian or English). | until the session ends |
| as_portal | Only when a client is logged in: shows the portal button. Holds no personal data. | 14 days |
Meta cookies (consent only)
If you accept, the site loads the Meta Pixel of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. It tells us how many people came from our Facebook and Instagram ads and how many of them sent an enquiry, and lets us show our ads to people who have visited the site.
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). If you reject or don't choose, the Meta Pixel isn't loaded and these cookies aren't set.
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| _fbp | Meta Pixel: recognises your browser between visits to link visits and enquiries to our ads. | 90 days |
| _fbc | Keeps the identifier of your click on a Meta ad (fbclid), so the visit can be credited to that ad. | 90 days |
| fr | Meta cookie on the facebook.com domain, used to show and measure ads. Set only if your browser allows Meta's cookies. | 90 days |
The recipient is Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. We and Meta are joint controllers for collecting and transmitting the data. Meta's further processing is described in its privacy policy (facebook.com/privacy/policy).
Local storage
The equipment list you build for a request is kept in your browser's local storage (localStorage, key "as-request-v1"). It isn't sent to us until you submit the request. It is removed when you clear the site's data in your browser.
If you arrive from an ad or a link, sessionStorage (key "as-src-v1") keeps where you came from: the link parameters (utm, fbclid), the previous site and the first page you opened. It is sent to us only with an enquiry and is removed when you close the tab.
Your choice in the cookie banner is kept in localStorage (key "as-consent-v1") so we don't ask on every page. It holds no personal data.
Third-party content
Photos are loaded from Cloudinary. If a project has a video from an external platform, that platform may set its own cookies when you play it.
Managing cookies
You can accept or reject Meta cookies at any time from "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. When you withdraw consent we stop the Meta Pixel and delete the _fbp and _fbc cookies from this site. The fr cookie lives on Meta's domain and is removed in your browser settings.
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block "as_session", you won't be able to log in to the portal.
